    Sitting Reserve pilots are available across all of North America, the Caribbean, and many locations in Central and South America and Europe with prior approval.

    Sitting Reserve pilots are available for client specific needs.  Sitting Reserve specializes in providing coverage for pilots who are out for yearly training events, both initial and recurrent trainings, vacation time, medical leave and FMLA events, and temporary loss of medical certificate situations when the employer has a vested interest in retaining the affected pilot. Whether covering for a one-day trip, a ten day training event for a new hire, or a month-long vacation while your pilot is welcoming a new family member we can accommodate any situation to keep you on schedule.

    Sitting Reserve pilots are extremely well qualified pilots and fly a variety of aircraft including but not limited to Challenge 300 & 350, Falcon 50, 900, DA, DA EASY, & 2000, Embraer Legacy 450/550 and Praetor 500/600, Phenom 300E, 300, 100EX, 100EV, 100E, 100, Cessna CJ4, 3+, 3, 2+, 2, 1, Mustang M2, Bravo, Ultra, Encore, Encore+, Excel, XLS, XLS+, SI, SII, Learjet 31, 45 & 60, Beechcraft King Air 360 with Autothrottle/Proline Fusion, 350 with Garmin & Proline Fusion & Proline 21, 300, 260, 250, 200, 90, Pilatus PC- 24 & 12 NG and legacy Series 9 & 10, Kodiak 100, Cessna 208B Grand Caravan and many others.  We are constantly adding more pilots to our service and currently looking to expand into the Gulfstream market. Pilots are encouraged to contact us to be added to our list serve,  Both PIC & SIC applicants are encouraged.

    Sitting Reserve accepts a variety of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, ACH, Wire Transfer, and Apple Pay. Payment is submitted at time of booking and held until the flight is complete.  Once the flight is complete the funds are released to the flight crew eliminating the hassle and frustration of dealing with pilot invoices, late notices and ruined relationships.

    Sitting Reserve offers a multitude of pricing options based on a client's needs. Members earn points for each flight they take, which can be redeemed for future flights or other rewards. Please refer to our sales department for specific details.

    Sitting Reserve is best doing the thing we love most, FLYING.  However, on almost a daily basis Sitting Reserve management is presented with clients who are searching for new-to-them aircraft.  Whether moving up to the next cabin class or downsizing due to selling their corporation our experience has proven that our customers are searching frequently.  That provides us with a distinct position to refer our customers to our most trusted brokers...brokers we have relationship with from decades of working side by side in corporate aviation.  If you're a broker that would like to get acquainted and be listed on our top providers list give us a shout.
